We process your cancellation/refund request by checking your transaction and asking some questions about transaction

Once we have finished checking your transfer, we can return your money back to you within 24 hours after your bank has returned us.

You can find information about your cancellation/refund process below after making your money transfer transactions.

♦ You can cancel your money transfer no later than 30 minutes later.
♦ In the refunds made after 30 minutes after your money transfer transaction, the transaction fee will not be refunded.
♦ Refunds are made within 3 working days after the banks return them to us.
♦ In case your money is out of our account after the transaction is processed, the relevant authority is the bank account of the sender.
♦ In the submissions made from our branches, the refund will only be made to the sender in pay for a receipt. No refunds can be made other than the sender.
