Sender information

The information of the person who sent the money is the first step in sending money. Both the bank in Turkey and we need your information to identify you as our customers. Examples of identities that must be received from our customers in order to initiate your transfer process:
Picture ID valid in the UK (passport, driving license or home office BRP card)
European Union member states with a picture ID licenses
Passport is valid in every country of the world that has not passed its history. 

Depending on your sending amount, you can also provide address information:
Electricity, water, gas and internet bill
It will apply to verify your address on your bank and credit card notes.

Beneficiary/recipient information

No documents are required except for the name and surname of the person you have transferred money to, the Turkish Lira account number or IBAN number at any bank in Turkey. If the recipient does not have a bank account, the recipient’s name, surname and phone number are sufficient and payments can be received from any PTT branch with this information. For the other countries, we don’t need directly bank account.

Completion of payout

For Turkey

Bank Transfer

Approximately 2 hours after sending your money, the recipient you have declared to us will have reached the account.

Pick-up from PTT Branch

In cases where the recipient does not have a bank account, the recipient can receive the money sent by going to the nearest PTT branch with the reference number and ID we have sent.

For Bulgaria

In Bulgaria, we are working with Easypay for payout point. The recipient only needs unique code(which is we send to sender) and ID. There is more than 2000 Easypay point. It’s easy like that.

For Albania and Kosovo

Our payout point Kosovo and Albania is BKT Bank, the recipient only need unique code and ID. Unique code is, which is we send after the transaction.
